Return and Refund Policy

We accept return on all the orders.

1. You can send the product back to us within 30 days from the delivery date, for remorse , defective products, or any other reasons.

2. Within the 30 days period, We accept the returns of the products in any conditions, no matter in original product packaging or used.

3. Contact us at info@parts-fit.co.uk by email first before you start the return. State your Invoice Number, Order Number, Your Name and Your Address in the email. We will provide the return address to you, then you can send the product back to us.

4. You can choose to return for Full Refund or Replacement.

5. You need to post the product to the address we provided by yourself. Pay the bill for the return first. Then send a copy of the bill to us at info@parts-fit.co.uk via email.

6. We will pay the shipping fee for the return accordingly. No restocking fee will be applied to the return.

7. Once we get your email, we will send out the replacement order if you choose for a replacement order. The money will be sent to you within 3 business days once you ship out the product. Money will go to your Bank Account or your PayPal account(Based on the way you use when you place the order.)

8. The refund for the order plus the return shipping fee is the total refund amount for Full Refund customers. For Replacement return, Return shipping fee is the total refund amount.
